Ms Pan, the Deputy Chairman of SP Chemicals General Management Office. Prior to that, she is the General Manager since October 2007, responsible for the overall management of our PRC operations.
From 1993 to 1995, Ms Pan joined Nanjing Singpu Fine Chemicals Co., Ltd, a company within our parent Group, as the Finance Manager. She was promoted as General Manager of Nanjing Development Co., Ltd in 1995. Prior to joining our parent group, she was an accountant at Nanjing Optics Apparatus Component 2nd Factory from 1980-1985, and an accountant at Nanjing Cheung Kong (Holdings) Limited from 1985 to 1993.
Ms Pan holds a Master of Business Administration Degree (specializing in General and Strategic Management) from the Maastricht School of Management.
Mr Cheng is the General Manager (Operations) of our PRC operations since 2019, and is a director of SP Taixing.
Mr Cheng joined our Group in 1996 as Assistant Finance Manager of our former Yancheng plant, and was responsible for finance management and accounting matters. He was the Finance Manager at our Taixing facility from 1999 to March 2003, responsible for finance, treasury, credit control, general and cost accounting. He was the Deputy General Manager (Finance) and was overseeing the finances of our PRC operations from March 2003 to 2019. Prior to joining our Group, he was an Estimator of the Housing Development Branch and Chief Accounting Officer of the Construction Material Branch of Yancheng Xin Kwang Economic Development Company from 1994 to 1996.
Mr Cheng holds a Bachelor of Accountancy degree from Harbin Construction University. In November 2005, he completed a course for Chief Financial Officers at Shanghai China Europe International Business School.
Mr Wang is our General Manager (Business Development) since December 2007 and is a Director of SP Taixing
Mr Wang joined our Group in 1993 as the Business Manager of our former Yancheng plant, and subsequently joined our Taixing facility as Project Manager in 1995. From 1997 to March 2007, he was the Deputy General Manager (Operations). Subsequently, he was the Deputy General Manager (Projects) and Head of Safety & Environmental Committee in the Company from 2007 to 2013. Prior to joining our group, he was with Nanjing Chemical Plant from 1985 to 1988. From 1988 to 1993, he was a Technical Manager of Nanjing Si Li Chemical Industries Co., Ltd.
Mr Wang holds a diploma from Nanjing Chemical Technology College, majoring in Basic Organic Synthesis. In 2004, he obtained an Executive Master of Business Administration Degree from the Australian National University.
Ms. Li Hong joined the Group in 1999 as a business manager. In 2003, she served as the Commissioner of the Operations Management Group of the General Management Office, and from 2006 to 2007, she was the Deputy Head of the Operations Management Group. From 2007 to 2011, she served as the head of the outsourcing and bidding department, from 2011 to 2017, and from 2007 to 2011, she served as the head of the material management group of the general management office; from 2017 to 2019, she was the manager of the general management office of the general management office. Subsequently, she was promoted to Deputy General Manager of the General Management Office in 2019.
Ms. Li holds a bachelor degree from Changzhou University, majoring in accountancy.
Mr Cao Liang joined the Group in August 1996 as the leader of the power generation department. In March 2006, he was appointed as Deputy Manager and Director of Cogeneration Plant. In January 2009, he was appointed as the team leader in technical team of the General Management Office. In 2019, he was appointed as Deputy General Manager of Taixing Company, Director of HSE Management Committee. Subsequently, in 2021, he was appointed as Deputy General Manager of Operations, Head of Safety and Production (in charge of Chlor-Alkali Plant, Vinyl Chloride Plant and Styrene Plant).
Mr Cao holds a Degree in International Economics & Trade from Changzhou Institute of Technology.
Ms Lee is our Group Finance and Corporate Affairs Manager, responsible for overseeing our Group’s financial planning, risk management, accounting and taxation functions. She is also our Company Secretary.
Prior to joining our Group in July 2002, Ms Lee was the Regional Accountant with Linklaters. She started her professional career in 1997 as an Audit Assistant with KPMG Singapore, and was promoted to Audit Assistant Manager in 2001.
Ms Lee holds a Bachelor of Accountancy degree from Nanyang Technological University, and is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Singapore.
